Final Assignment

WOW.  What a show today.

Congratulations to everyone.  In particular Kate Thornton, our semester two CrossFit Games Champion.

I am really impressed by the progress you have all made, but most impressed by the way you have met the challenges presented to you this semester. It is my hope that somewhere along the line it has changed your perspective on life, changed the way you look at failure, accomplishments, goals, and ultimately allowed you to walk around proud of what you can accomplish when you put your heart into something.

 

Your final assignment is this:
Write a one page manifesto/mission statement. It can focus on anything you’d like. You can’t be wrong – it is your outlook on life. Post the manifesto to your blog before Tuesday’s final workout.
